Project Description:
Crusher bushings were changed, evaluation was made, fault diagnosis of primary jaw crusher and the repair activities were carried out applying the protocols and start-up procedures, vacuum tests and monitoring of the parameters of the crusher.
Contract duration: 8 days. Contract Start: Marz, 24th 2024 Staff SSM: 18 Crushing capacity: 1,000 Tons/hr
Results:
- 1,944 man-hours of safety work without injuries.
- The operating parameters with load obtained were within the acceptable ranges.
